Sysco PAL — reconstructed from SalesTrack
Sysco can't produce a PAL report, so this reconstructs it the way PCG does by hand: each SalesTrack line's cases × the USDA per-item rebate = commodity credit, rolled up to district via the Sysco account → RA# crosswalk.
Proof of concept — read the caveats. (1) Covers one month: this SalesTrack export is a single month (its date range is on the report header, not in the file). Once we have monthly exports across the year, the Sysco PAL fills out month by month like the Van Eerden side. (2) Derived credit: computed from the USDA rebate table, treating "VA Rebate Amount" as per case (pending Austin's confirmation). (3) ~82% item coverage: 12 items have no rebate on file yet, so totals slightly under-count. The account → district mapping is authoritative (from the Sysco crosswalk).
